女性研究者活躍促進にむけた合同シンポジウム

趣旨

中国四国地方では、現在、さまざまな世界レベルの研究プロジェクトが進行している。
それらのプロジェクトが共同で、次代を担う女性の学部生・大学院生を対象として、研究の魅力、研究者としてのキャリアを積んでいる女性研究者の魅力を発信する。
また、次代を担う女性リサーチフェロー(大学院生)が、自身の研究の魅力を発信する。
中国四国地方における、研究者を目指す理工系の女性の学生と若手女性研究者間の交流を促進する機会とする。

Joint Symposium for the Promotion of Women Researchers

Objective:

Various world-class research projects are currently underway in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions. Those projects jointly target the next generation of female undergraduate and graduate students. The appeal of research and the attractiveness of female researchers who are developing their careers as researchers will be communicated to them. In addition, female research fellows (graduate students) who will lead the next generation will present the appeal of their own research. It provides an opportunity to promote exchange between female students and young female researchers in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions who aspire to become researchers in science and engineering. The event will be an opportunity to promote exchanges between female students and young female researchers in the Chugoku and Shikoku regions.

Main conference room, 2nd floor of MIRAI CREA, Hiroshima University (Higashi-Hiroshima Campus)
(Local participants from the Chugoku and Shikoku regions will be supported up to 20,000 yen for travel and accommodation expenses.)
