A Message from the Dean

The Faculty of Global and Science Studies (FGSS) provides new learning that transcends the existing boundaries of the humanities and sciences and meets the needs of the times.

In today’s world, where society is becoming increasingly complex, it is said that the future is difficult to predict, and the skills required are also changing dramatically.

At this faculty, we nurture the ability to flexibly and tenaciously tackle the diverse and varied issues that have arisen due to rapid social progress over the course of four years.

As you can see from the curriculum diagram, we nurture students with a global perspective through classes and study abroad programs that take into account a multicultural society.

We also have a wide range of small-group education and project-based learning to help students learn independently and develop their creative thinking skills.

In this way, our faculty provides education that nurtures the next generation of leaders who can identify social issues and create new value.

Therefore, you may find it busier than other faculties and feel that graduation is more difficult. However, we are proud to offer the best cost performance.
