Students whose achievements are in the top 10% of those receiving the first category scholarship are eligible for full exemption. Those in the top 20% are eligible for half of their tuition to be exempted from repayment.<\/p>\n<p>Scholarship repayment exemption is not available for students who receive the second category scholarship (interest).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>For students entering graduate school or considering entering graduate school:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Application materials for scholarships are distributed each year in October.
