2nd Multilayer Systems Medicine Symposium
On August 04, 2018, the 2nd Multilayer Systems Medicine Symposium titled 'New Challenges for Intractable Diseases through Artificial Intelligence and Systems Medicine' was held.
Keynote speakers included Dr. Hiroaki Kitano (Professor, Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology; President, Systems Biology Institute), Dr. Kazuhiro Sakurada (Deputy Program Director, RIKEN Medical Innovation Hub Program; Group Director, Multi-layered Integration Platform for Health and Medical Data), and Dr. Akihiko Koseki (Deputy Center Director, RIKEN Center for Biosystems Dynamics Research).
In the second part of the event, presentations were given by Mr. Kaneko from Yamaguchi City, and from the Graduate School of Medicine, Yamaguchi University: Executive Committee Members Prof. Kiyoki and Associate Prof. Yoshino, Director Prof. Asai, and Deputy Director Prof. Tanabe (in order of presentation).
The event concluded successfully with 86 participants.
