On Wednesday, 30 October 2024, a delegation of seven faculty members from Kunsan National University in South Korea, led by Vice President for Education and Innovation, Dr. Kim Hyo-jun, visited Yamaguchi University and paid a courtesy call on the President.

  Kunsan National University and Yamaguchi University have maintained a student and research exchange partnership for over 20 years. Following their participation in the Joint Seminar at the Faculty of Engineering, the delegation engaged in discussions with the President Tanizawa of Yamaguchi University, exchanging views on the initiatives and progress of both universities. This visit has further strengthened the partnership between the two institutions, and both universities look forward to enhancing joint research and educational programmes to foster further academic exchange.
