On Friday, February 14, 2025, a delegation from Management & Science University (MSU), Malaysia, including President Tan Sri Shukri and Board Member Makoto Morishita, visited our university and paid a courtesy call on President Tanizawa.

The visit was made possible through the connection between MSU, which is establishing a new Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, and Board Member Morishita, a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture. The delegation also toured our Joint Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Medical Centre, discussing inter-faculty and inter-university collaboration. President Tan Sri Shukri expressed his hopes for further academic exchange between our institutions.

Since the 2022 academic year, our university has designated Malaysia as a key partner country and has promoted exchange programmes. This visit is expected to further strengthen ties and enhance academic collaboration.
