From 27 to 28 February 2025, a delegation of 11 members from the Graduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), led by Dean Siti Malkhamah, visited our university.

On the 27th, they visited the Faculty of Engineering under the guidance of Professor Osawa, and discussed joint research, double degree programmes, remote learning (credit transfer), and student exchanges. On the 28th, they paid a courtesy visit to Vice-President Ishii (for international collaboration), then met with Professor Shigyo and Associate Professor Yanagi from the Faculty of Agriculture. Assistant Professors Sato and Wu also gave research presentations.

Additionally, they met with Professor Hiroshi Sato from the Joint Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and UGM alumni currently enrolled in the doctoral programme at the Joint Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine. The discussions took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

UGM and our university have a long history of student and researcher exchanges, making UGM one of our key partners. We look forward to strengthening our collaboration and expanding exchanges across the university.
