On June 13, 2025, Associate Professor Anthony Tosi from Kent State University in Ohio, USA, visited Yamaguchi University. Professor Tosi visited the university again to meet with faculty and give a presentation to students.

　The visit started with a presentation on Kent State University for students interested in studying in the United States. He introduced an overview of the university and its study abroad programs, accompanied by photos showcasing the natural scenery and campus of Ohio. The presentation provided a valuable opportunity for students to learn more about studying in the U.S.

　Later, Professor Tosi met with Vice-President Ishii (for international collaboration) to exchange views on recent developments in American society and the current state of international student enrollment. The exchange program with Kent State University officially began in the spring of 2025.

　This visit is expected to further strengthen student exchange and academic collaboration between the two institutions.
