Our Lab
Using the reproductive technology, we are developing the effective techniques to breed highly productive animals. In this study, we try to clarify the reproductive mechanism and develop new treatment methods for the resolution of breeding disorder. Moreover, we try to produce the cloned animals and transgenic animals for the production of superior animals and the conservation of rare wild animals, using advanced techniques including in vitro fertilization and somatic cell nuclear transfer.
Research Interests
- The production of transgenic animals, the development of cryopreservation of animal semen, the production of interspecies cloned animals.
- Development of the Multiple Ovulation and Embryo Transfer (MOET) based on genetic background, the development of cryopreservation of bovine embryo, the establishment of reproduction efficiency method using MOET techniques .
