We are pleased to announce that the symposium “Fusion of Cell Design and Regulatory Science” will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Auditorium, 1st floor of Building A, Yamaguchi University Kogushi Campus.
Focusing on the theme of “Quality and Safety of Next-Generation Medical Technologies Pioneered by NAMs (New Approach Methodologies: Innovative safety assessment methods that serve as alternatives to animal testing in drug development.),” seven distinguished guest speakers will share their expertise and insights from their respective fields.
How will the next-generation medicine created by “cell design” redefine the “common sense” of safety evaluation?
With the global trend of “NAMs” at its core, leading experts from industry, government, and academia will discuss the construction of new regulatory frameworks. From leveraging genome editing and Microphysiological Systems (MPS) to the social implementation of innovative drug discovery seeds, we invite you to explore the forefront of our institute’s challenges alongside the leaders shaping the safety of future medicine.
