*Notice*Advancing Canine Anti-PD-1 Antibody Treatment from Research to Clinical Trial Phase Initiation of Corporate Clinical Trials of Anti-Canine PD-1 Antibody for Canine Oral Malignant Melanoma Across Three Facilities
Japan Small Animal Medical Center Foundation (Tokorozawa, Saitama), Yamaguchi University Joint Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (Yamaguchi, Yamaguchi), and Kamogawa Animal Medical Center (Kyoto, Kyoto), in collaboration with Nippon Zenyaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., are launching a corporate clinical trial of an “anti-canine PD-1 antibody” for canine oral malignant melanoma. This trial aims to obtain approval as a veterinary pharmaceutical product and will be conducted at three facilities: the Japan Small Animal Cancer Center (affiliated with the Japan Small Animal Medical Center), the Animal Medical Center (affiliated with the Yamaguchi University Joint Faculty of Veterinary Medicine), and Kamogawa Animal Medical Center.
