We recommend to use your own PC in presentation. Equipped PC is acceptable following formats: MS Windows: Microsoft PowerPoint, Acrobat PDF

The Meeting room is equipped with the following audiovisual



Create a Backup Copy of Your Presentation

We recommend you bring at least two copies of your presentation to the meeting in case there is a problem with one.



For Poster session presenter

Each presenter is provided with two 2.0 m high by 0.9 m wide poster boards, thus dimensions of the usable work area are 2.0 meters high by 1.8 meters wide (two boards). Each poster board may have a few cm frame. To locate your assigned poster board, look for your presentation number. Push pins will be provided.



Equipments

Audio/Visual equipment is not provided for poster sessions. Wireless Internet access, via the Wi-Fi standard, may be available in the venue (under progress).
